Welcome to Sausage Tree Lodge! Before you embark on your adventure, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions to ensure a delightful stay.

Booking and Reservations:

All reservations are subject to availability.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night stay charge.
No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation period.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the lodge property during their stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodge rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Security and Safety:

Guests are advised to use the lodge's safe deposit boxes for valuable items. The lodge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please adhere to fire safety regulations and guidelines provided by the lodge.

Behaviour and Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in eviction without refund.

Meals and Dining:

Breakfast is included in the room rate unless otherwise specified.
Special dietary requests should be communicated in advance.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the lodge's dining areas.

Wildlife and Nature:

Guests are reminded to respect the natural surroundings and wildlife.
Do not feed or approach wild animals; they are to be observed from a safe distance.

Transportation:

Transportation to and from the lodge is not included unless explicitly mentioned in the reservation.

Force Majeure:

The lodge is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
